At Dynamic Health Therapy, we believe that each client requires our undivided and full attention.

We encourage clients to stay with their assessing practitioner for the duration of their program (unless otherwise indicated). Dynamic Health Therapy appointment times book up fast. Therefore, in order to reach your therapeutic goals, we encourage you to book your appointments for at least two weeks in advance. You will be advised by your therapist as to the frequency and duration of treatment. This ensures that you get your preferred appointment time and that your program is completed in full, allowing you to reach and maintain your desired results.

When coming for your appointment, please bring appropriate clothing to exercise and move around in. We also suggest that you bring in any information regarding your insurance coverage (i.e. insurance card). Our office staff can help you with any billing questions you may have

Appointments

Appointments can be booked in person, over the phone or online

If you can, please let the receptionist know the reason that you wish to visit our clinic as this will help us prepare for your visit and provide adequate time for you and ensure you are seeing the appropriate practitioner

If you are unable to make your appointment we require a minimum of 24 hours notice for a cancellation. As a result, cancellations less than 24 hours (unless it’s an emergency), missed appointments or no-shows will be subject to the full session fee.  Please be advised that our front desk staff will apply the fee according to the above criteria. Any issues or concerns regarding payment of the cancellation fee should be brought up with the clinic administrator, and escalated to the clinic director if appropriate. This must be paid prior to seeing another practitioner at our clinic.

Contact Information

Please ensure that your file is kept up to date with the best phone numbers, email and home addresses, and emergency contact information. Please inform the receptionist of any changes to your personal information upon arrival at the clinic or call after any of the above has changed.

Clinic Practice

Our front staff are specially chosen and trained to help patients.  We understand that there are many reasons why you may need to visit our office and we make every effort to make your visit as pleasant and comfortable as possible. In turn, we ask that your behavior is respectful of our staff. There is a zero tolerance for abuse of any kind and may lead to dismissal from the practice.

If you have any problems associated with your visit, please contact our managers in writing.

In order to provide you with the best possible care, a satisfactory practitioner-patient relationship is necessary. If for any reason, this relationship becomes compromised, then it may be best for both parties to end the relationship. If this occurs then we will provide alternative clinic options that we feel will serve you best in your future needs.

If at any point during the treatment plan the clinic or practitioner(s) feel that the treatments are no longer yielding a benefit for the client, we reserve the right refuse service and refer the client to another clinic for additional or alternative treatments when necessary.  This will be done by the clinic as a whole and/or the treating practitioner(s)
